I gave a review on 19 Jan, which I can't see here, noting the potentially catastrophic delay in accessing the titration team and accessing medication for my young adult child given that they expect to be starting university just as the titration team might actually start to see them. The reply I received was totally unsatisfactory; here it is:

Dear Reviewer,
Thank you for leaving your review. We are very sorry to hear that your son is struggling; this must be a very difficult time for both of you. We had requested some additional information from you, as we would really like to reach out to you and your son internally. Unfortunately, as this request has now expired within the platform, we are unable to request it again.
However, if you would like further assistance, please visit our Live Chat on our website to speak with one of our Patient Help and Support advisers. If you have permission to speak on your son’s behalf, you can provide his name and reference, and our Patient Experience Manager will reach out directly. Alternatively, if your son gives you permission, the Patient Experience Manager can speak with you directly.'
First they identified the gender of our child, which I deliberately did not do in my review to protect confidentiality to some degree (in a best-case scenario regarding this, their reply was just a 'standard' one unrelated to our specific case). Secondly, we have no record on the app or anywhere else of PsyUK having asked for additional information - nothing in notes on the app, no email. So they have not requested anything. Thirdly, given that one of my complaints is the online nature and total inflexibility of this service, the apparent 'rule' that because we have not provided this information, it cannot be requested again, is appalling. What is the sense of this rigid condition?People with ADHD are also the least equipped to deal with a cumbersome and impersonal system such as this. I do not recommend choosing this service given the terrible follow-up after an initially good assessment with the excellent diagnosing doctor.
