Despite having numerous positive testimonials, the treatment of callers can be quite disrespectful. Even after two years of dedication, it seems that one can be banned for no reason. If you’re rude to callers or unprofessional, this might be the right place for you. I found one of the managers particularly unhelpful, and my experience here has been disappointing.
