I have been with the service on and off for several years, now aiming to make it my full-time income as they are very accommodating and flexible compared to a traditional 9-5 job! Any of the staff I've interacted with have always been super helpful and respond quickly. There’s never any pressure to work, and they offer a competitive pay rate compared to other psychic companies in the UK. Most clients are wonderful, and I rarely wait long between calls; sometimes I even need to log off to take a breather. I've worked for a few similar platforms, but I will always recommend this one to fellow readers. My only wish is for an instant messaging service, which would be great for earning while the house is too noisy for phone calls.
This is a great company to work for. I have been with them for over six years. The traffic is much lower than before. It would be beneficial if they increased their marketing efforts as they are adding more readers, and calls can be quite slow at times.

If you're considering doing readings online, I would advise against this platform. There are many others that may treat you better. Despite having numerous positive testimonials, the treatment of callers can be quite disrespectful. Even after two years of dedication, it seems that one can be banned for no reason. If you’re rude to callers or unprofessional, this might be the right place for you. I found one of the managers particularly unhelpful, and my experience here has been disappointing.
