Terrible Experience – Avoid Psychobunny, Especially in EuropeI am extremely disappointed and angry with Psychobunny’s service. I placed an order on December 7th for a Christmas gift, paid extra for express delivery to Europe, and expected a basic level of professionalism. What I got instead was chaos, dishonesty, and zero accountability.By December 15th, my order still hadn’t even been handed over to the courier, so I contacted customer service to ask what was going on. I was told their “investigation team” would contact me within two days. No one ever did.When I reached out again, I spent over an hour in live chat, only to be told first that the delay was DHL’s fault. After another 30 minutes, they suddenly changed their story and admitted the problem was on their side due to a system error. So which is it? The lack of transparency is unacceptable.To make matters worse, they canceled my order without my consent, and only after I pushed for answers. No apology, no compensation, no effort to fix the situation — nothing. Now I’m left wondering if I’ll even get my money back.This company behaves like a scammer: shifting blame, wasting customers’ time, canceling orders at will, and completely ignoring the importance of Christmas gifts. Their attitude shows total disregard for customers.I strongly do NOT recommend Psychobunny to customers in Europe.Horrible customer service, irresponsible handling of orders, no delivery, and no respect for customers. They do whatever they want and clearly don’t care about their customers or the holidays.Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.
