Terrible customer service. There lack of due diligence is astounding. Emailed about a shipping issue from a order I placed on there website. They used the cheapest and worst company . Which is notoriously losing packages after I spent 300$ on this order. Emailed them my order number and got a response back saying "we can not find your order number please provide x y and z". Just a auto response didn't even read the email.
