I’ve never had a worse experience. My former psychiatrist stopped working at her office and I guess she sold me to these people. I take ADHD medicine and have for decades. I used to see my psychiatrist once a year. PsychPlus+ forces patients to have appts every 4 weeks. No joke. I’m meeting with a NP to tell them the medicine works the same and PsychPlus bills my insurance over $1,000! In addition, they keep trying to charge me $100 for these 90 second virtual phone calls. It’s hard to believe any of this is real, it’s so bonkers. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD! They have continued to withdrawal my husband and I’s cards for varying amounts, although we have the same insurance and copay. I’m assuming there will be retaliatory action soon and would gladly be apart. Feel free to contact me.
