The psychiatrist I see is fine. The support staff sucks. I have been trying for a month to fill my ADHD meds, but because there is a nationwide shortage, I cannot get the 20 mg timed release capsules I requested the script be changed to 2-10 mg capsules daily for the same total dose of 20 mg. I kept being told that to get a dose change I had to see a provider; I would escalate, get someone who understood the issue, they’d say it would be taken care of- but it never was. I have called SEVEN TIMES to try and get my medication. Then today I asked for a supervisor. I was left on hold for 45 minutes, never spoke to the supervisor, and again they claim they are sending the script to my pharmacy. Additionally they say I have to see someone not my regular provider today instead of seeing my provider on 10/13. This makes no sense, but I’ve given up in hopes of getting my medication. I have been out for a month, and no one there seems to care. Extremely poor customer service. Extremely unprofessional supervisors who leave patients on hold for 45 minutes and NEVER take the call. If I had more widely accepted insurance I would change to another provider, but I’m stuck.
