This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever encountered. Their website had incorrect size conversions, leading to me receiving the wrong shoe size. Instead of taking responsibility, they insisted I pay for return shipping due to their error. After much back-and-forth, they finally sent a return label. They received the return in August, and then… nothing. After four months of silence, I followed up multiple times. In December, they claimed my replacement had been delivered, but I never received anything. During this time, I was told to 'please be patient.' Is four months of patience normal? I ordered the shoes in July. When I pushed back, they sent me a photo showing a package left unattended on a busy street. Now they're telling me to file a police report. Why should I bear the burden of fixing their mistakes? At this point, I just want my money back, which they refuse to refund. Save yourself the trouble; this company lacks accountability and respect for their customers.
