Very disappointed with my experience

I would give this experience zero stars if possible. As a genuine customer of this platform, I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of the positive reviews. I urge you to do your research before making a purchase; had I done so, I would have avoided buying anything here. It's been weeks since I placed my order, and I've received no updates from the company. This lack of communication is very unusual for someone like me who frequently shops for clothing online. I attempted to cancel my order but received no response, yet I was still charged for items I haven't received. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others to prevent them from facing similar issues.

Excellent and prompt customer support

After placing my order, I checked the reviews and wanted to cancel for a refund. To my surprise, they responded within 24 hours, processed my refund, and even provided additional store credit. I'm puzzled by the negative reviews, as it's rare to find such good customer service these days.

A frustrating experience from start to finish

This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever encountered. Their website had incorrect size conversions, leading to me receiving the wrong shoe size. Instead of taking responsibility, they insisted I pay for return shipping due to their error. After much back-and-forth, they finally sent a return label. They received the return in August, and then… nothing. After four months of silence, I followed up multiple times. In December, they claimed my replacement had been delivered, but I never received anything. During this time, I was told to 'please be patient.' Is four months of patience normal? I ordered the shoes in July. When I pushed back, they sent me a photo showing a package left unattended on a busy street. Now they're telling me to file a police report. Why should I bear the burden of fixing their mistakes? At this point, I just want my money back, which they refuse to refund. Save yourself the trouble; this company lacks accountability and respect for their customers.

I wish I could give zero stars. As a genuine customer of this platform, I truly doubt the authenticity of the positive reviews. Hopefully, you are wiser than I was and did your research before making a purchase; if I had, I would not have ordered anything from this site. It has been weeks since I placed an order with the company, and I've received no communication. As someone who regularly shops for clothes online, this is highly unusual. I tried to cancel my order but received no reply, and yet I was charged for items I do not have. I hope my experience helps others avoid similar frustrations.

Good products, but slow delivery

The products arrived in good condition and matched the descriptions on the website. The packaging was well-sealed. My only complaint is the time it took for processing to begin; I waited around three weeks with no updates before being informed that processing was starting. The shipping duration was typical for a package coming from overseas.

Inaccurate size advice from customer service

I reached out to customer service to confirm the correct size for the sneakers I wanted to buy. They told me that a size 41 would fit, but I received sneakers two sizes too big. To get the correct size, I would have to pay for shipping to return the sneakers to overseas and for the new pair to be sent back to me. This would cost nearly 75% of the sneakers' price. I feel seriously misinformed and cannot recommend this website.

No trust in this company

I have zero trust in this company—misleading information, false terms and conditions, and inaccurate delivery details from their customer service. One of the worst experiences ever. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received my package. Contacting their customer service has been a nightmare. Their website even has incorrect email addresses and support contact information. THIS IS A FRAUD, and I cannot recommend anyone buy from this platform.

Concerns about the company's reliability
