I had four Michelin tyres fitted to my vehicle. The fitting itself was fine, but I was disappointed with the attitude: I was informed that they would never repair a tyre with acoustic foam and overheard a colleague making dismissive comments about my choice of tyre. This was not only rude but also contradictory, as the tyres I selected are noticeably quieter than the original ones. Overall, the service left much to be desired.
