Consistently good service from the team at the garage. I ordered three matching tyres online to align with the existing unworn one on my vehicle. I was disappointed to find that the supplier had substituted two different branded tyres when I arrived for the fitting. I was informed that this happens often. Unfortunately, I couldn't reject them due to an upcoming MOT. I will continue to use this service but will call ahead in the future to confirm I will receive the tyres I ordered.

This was not only rude but also contradictory, as the tyres I selected are noticeably quieter than the original ones. Overall, the service left much to be desired.

I was booked in for an MOT for my motorcycle. The receptionist took my registration and confirmed the appointment. However, upon arrival, I was informed they could not perform the MOT due to a lack of proper equipment. When I asked why I had been booked a week prior, they had no answer.
