I was booked in for an MOT for my motorcycle. The receptionist took my registration and confirmed the appointment. However, upon arrival, I was informed they could not perform the MOT due to a lack of proper equipment. When I asked why I had been booked a week prior, they had no answer. This was very unprofessional, and I would advise others to avoid this garage.
