After the back and forth.. 16emails so far
Need old bank cards... i throw them but sent tranasaction of 2years ago of one cant find other so said not paying me???
This is not in line as per gambling commision and fca, i never had this with anyother company.. where does it state on the gambling commision site about old card not the one used??? This was years ago... ive made several calls, i only want what im intitle to please iain.
(Over the years i have deposited more than £2000) happy taking money.

Why was this not done before then (i have withdrawn before) if this is your procedure why is it not fully conducted?? As you stated its in your terms and conditions...
And you still have not lightlighted where it states old payments on there web site?
No other gambling site ask for such, just trying to understand why a company makes up different things when it soots them..
This is what the gambling commision only cared about, any information will be greatful for the both of us.

You have said in your reply, i used a new card and you wanted to verity, i have... the card your on about was a card used along time ago, just so it clear for anyone want to use your site that they may run into problems when cashing out!, with all this red tape and t&c's that no other site or gambling commision request.
