I was told the TV was supposed to come from central warehouses for inspection, and that November 28 was not the delivery date but the shipping date. After two weeks of anxiety, I decided to cancel the order. Now I’m left wondering when I will get my refund. This company is unreliable; don’t waste your time with them. I can’t believe that after payment, I had to beg for them to do their job. They never even apologized.
