A salesperson recommended a model, assuring me that all necessary supplies, including toner cartridges, would be readily available. However, a month later, when I needed a toner replacement, I was told it was out of stock. I made a 20-minute trip to the store only to be advised to search online, which would incur extra shipping costs. I thought this was a fluke, but it happened three more times. Each time, the staff were dismissive, telling me, 'This can happen sometimes.' Eventually, I had to order it online and wait over 10 days for delivery. This not only disrupted my work but also wasted my time. It’s unacceptable to sell printers without ensuring that essential supplies are consistently available. This lack of stock management shows a disregard for customer needs, prioritizing profits over reliable service. I do not recommend this store.
