I ordered a TV online on August 1 and received it on the 19th, which was within the tracking estimate. However, the box was damaged, and upon opening, half of the 65-inch screen was black and showed no picture. After contacting customer service and sending pictures, they told me to return it for a refund or voucher. Since the TV barely fit in my car, I had paid for delivery, and they refunded the TV but not the 18 euros for delivery. I intended to use the voucher for another purchase, but due to the delivery cost not being refunded, I went elsewhere. I've had issues with this store before, and this was the last straw.
