There was no prior mention of this additional charge. Along with the agreed installation fee, I was asked to pay a significant extra amount for wiring length, with no willingness to negotiate. These hidden costs were revealed at the last minute, leaving me feeling misled. Due to this lack of transparency and fairness, I will not return for any future transactions.
