After several days without any updates, I reached out to customer support multiple times and was consistently promised information, which never came. Eventually, I learned that the delivery was uncertain and would likely occur after the holidays, prompting me to cancel the order. Although I was told the refund would be processed within a few business days, weeks have gone by and the money has not yet been returned. Despite numerous follow-up calls, there has been no clear update or resolution. Overall, the communication was very poor and the delay in processing the refund is unacceptable.
