1st: Peter: customer support was available on a Saturday afternoon. I was not expecting any useful customer service, but he was immediately 'on the case', and handled it extremely fast and professional.
- No B.S. - like "Oh Mr. Bobby, I understand the situation you are in YADA YADA YADA" - and they never get to the root. But Peter asked me a couple simple questions. Name, email, then alternative emails, and or last 8 of cc #. Nothing found - but then he actually came up with Gold and located the time / date stamp that I actually attempted to join - and he pasted it over so I was - YES, that's me - Oh I remember. My payment card was off and didnt go through. -
