I received the initial report and had the small charge. I canceled right after, but continued to be charged. Some of that may be my fault, but I don't think so, hence, the 3 stars. When I contacted them, they did quickly refund the most recent charge and close my account. The rep was quick and friendly.

I've heard of horror stories of trying to get ahold of customer service for some sites, especially when it came to needing to cancel subscriptions.

My experience with Kimberly was cordial, to the point, and handled it very quickly. It was rather refreshing! If I ever need these type of services in the future, they will be my first stop.

Deceitful practices. The product offering did not match what was promised. I paid to obtain a plat of survey, and all I received was incorrect or unusable information. I was charged $38.95. They are only returning $9.95. $30 dollars for no value. I can't believe these types of practices can fly legally.

After a one-time request, you continued to milk money from my account to the tune of $49.00. Good thing I pay close attention to the account and reported this to the Bank. I called you but I should not have had to. You debited my account frequently since the first experience and I will never ever trust you again or request any records. I also will not likely visit the county appraisal site either since you are lurking there to steal from people.

I purchased a one-time public record which apparently was for $1.00. Then i received a $9.95 charge. I chatted with an agent who explained the charge is for the service . He offered to close the account so that I wouldn't get future charges. The process was really fast.

1st: Peter: customer support was available on a Saturday afternoon. I was not expecting any useful customer service, but he was immediately 'on the case', and handled it extremely fast and professional.
- No B.S. - like "Oh Mr. Bobby, I understand the situation you are in YADA YADA YADA" - and they never get to the root. But Peter asked me a couple simple questions. Name, email, then alternative emails, and or last 8 of cc #. Nothing found - but then he actually came up with Gold and located the time / date stamp that I actually attempted to join - and he pasted it over so I was - YES, that's me - Oh I remember. My payment card was off and didnt go through. -
