When my request was sent, the wonderful agent replied quickly, with transparency to what is the root cause, what is the next step and to follow up when corrected. And it was done in such a wonderful way. Having experince in Customer service as an IT professional, this was the most wonderful experience that a customer would have experienced going through support and IT department to get the issue resolved. Avoid company. Waste of time. AI will answer you always the same if there is a problem

Avoid company. Chatbots are answering you. I have been mailing for 5 weeks that I am the sole, self-publishing author with exclusive international rights, signed letter and with a passport copy and the bot keeps on answering that I need a confirmation of a publisher or an official document to prove it. They refuse publishing. So how do I prove it if I have never given the rights away to anybody????????? Avoid company. Terrible. Waste of time. Rather upload directly to google, amazon and itunes.

Truly amazing! The customer success that comes with higher tier plan are really helpful and respond very quickly. Very useful if you have a lot of titles

Avoid this company. Not a reliable solution for publishing.

Zero tech or customer support. AI, chat or bot responses 100 percent of the time. Dashboard is a nightmare. Constant glitching and not user friendly. Better off using Amazon directly. Hope the owner reads reviews. Extremely disappointed.

Go elsewhere. Poor customer service & confusing dashboard.

No live Customer Support or phone number when auto-response or AI answers don't suffice, which is exasperating. Not a user-friendly site. The dashboard is confusing & they do not display any pricing ranges up front so you don't know what to expect. I was very frustrated using this service. They need to overhaul their site & make it more transparent.

Do not use this company. Beware. There is no customer support whatsoever. They don't even respond to emails (auto reply doesn't count).

I am a self-publishing author, paid for their service for more than 3 months but got barely any response from the support team. You are totally left alone here!
