Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. If possible, I would give zero stars. I engaged them with a tight deadline, anticipating professional publishing assistance, but my experience was frustrating and led to extra time and costs. Throughout the process, I faced repeated demands for additional payments beyond our original agreement. This included requests for extra fees to redo artwork I had already submitted, which I refused. I was also asked to pay over $1,000 for ISBNs, barcodes, and copyright services. Considering that ISBNs and barcodes are available for free through other platforms, I opted not to continue and requested a refund; however, they insisted on proceeding with the project. The editing did not enhance the manuscript. Instead, it introduced new errors, including a proposed title change that did not match the content. The author’s name was misspelled twice in the final version, indicating poor proofreading. The published version had incorrect images, spelling errors, and layout issues. When I sought a refund under the service’s advertised “100% money-back guarantee” due to quality problems, my request was denied, and I was told that further revisions would be made instead. In the end, I decided to unpublish their version and undertake the project myself. I’m sharing my experience to help others make an informed choice. There are numerous reliable publishing services out there, as well as free tools, that might better serve authors—especially those writing in English.
Follow-up (Oct 10, 2025): My original purchase included written guarantees: Top-150 in 4 months and $10,000 ROI. After delays, a replacement document used “best-effort” terms and required me to remove reviews before activation. I declined. I’ve filed complaints and am preparing small claims for $10,000 per the written guarantee. For some reason my experience seems to vary from those that have posted reviews here. From the very beginning I had difficulties receiving what they promised me. They said the editing would take at most 6 weeks. It took nearly twice that long for a book that only had 198 pages. I had to constantly nag at them for them to get anything done. At the end they had only finished 2/3 of my book and the last ⅓ just threw back at me. After their editing was finished, it contained multiple grammar and content errors that they should have caught.The manager that was assigned to me is probably the only one that there is, and he is a professional smooth talker. He is always polite and gives you the feeling that he is actually behind you, but reality is something else.I was promised an author web page with video trailer and 9 months of social media marketing. It's been almost 6 months since I started this project with them and they have yet to finish anything in the contract specified for marketing my book. They only do something if I send an email saying that they have to finish what they promised. They give me a little bitty tidbit and that's it. They switched the author web page live before it was even finished with no marketing concept or anybody knowing where to find it. The web page contains space-fill text in Latin. Anyone can tell that it was hastily thrown together in an hour or two. My book was published 10 weeks ago. Even though there were many deficits, the books quality is superb and has earned five star reviews.
