I used to enjoy shopping here when I traveled south, but after two months in Florida, I was let down by the high prices. For example, a half-gallon of milk costs over $3 here, while it's only $1.69 at a competing store. I don’t mind paying a little extra to avoid certain retailers, but more than double for some items is simply not fair.
