While this was being arranged, I requested at least a one-day supply to ensure my safety but was refused. This lack of compassion and attentiveness in such a critical situation is unacceptable, and I hope the pharmacy takes this feedback seriously to ensure that patients in urgent need receive the care and prompt support they require.
