My husband ordered a bike on 12/8, expecting delivery by 12/15, but it never arrived. After numerous calls to customer service, the representative seemed unprofessional. She suggested we contact the shipping service, who informed us that the company needed to update their ticket. When we called back, we encountered the same rude representative. Despite our attempts to explain the situation, she dismissed us. We later received an email stating the bike was lost and on backorder, with a trivial offer of a bike alarm as compensation. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no one was available. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, especially considering this was a Christmas gift, and we have received no real assistance.
