My husband ordered a bike on 12/8, expecting it by 12/15, but it never arrived. After many attempts to reach customer service, the representative sounded disheveled and unprofessional. She directed us to contact the shipping service, which said the company needed to update their ticket. When we called back, we got the same unhelpful representative. After several exchanges, she assured us the issue would be resolved, but we later received an email stating the bike was lost and on backorder, with an offer of a bike alarm as compensation. This was incredibly frustrating! When I asked for a manager, I was told no one was available. Despite my insistence on speaking to someone, I was dismissed and hung up on. Attempts to reach another representative ended with leaving voicemails, with the same response: email only. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I usually avoid negative reviews, but this situation has been unacceptable. This was a Christmas gift purchased early in the month, and despite our efforts, we have received no help.
