After I wrote on LinkedIn, I used my LinkedIn Premium account to reach out to Pudaier employees. A manager in Romania responded, and she seemed genuinely sorry about the situation. However, she told me I needed to contact customer service, and from there, the same rude, ignorant, and unhelpful service continued....I provided clear proof that DHL stated Pudaier had written the wrong address, but the company completely ignored it. I sent a screenshot of DHL's messages more than five times. They ignored it.They insisted that I had to pay an extra $7 to have my package sent again. No refund, no free replacement package—just a link to pay the $7.In the end, I had to pay $14 instead of $7. Despite their mistake, they acted as though I was the problem. They made no effort to compensate me, and it felt like I was the one at fault. It’s ridiculous how much hassle I went through for just a couple of eyeliners I know. I was curious to see how far I would have to go to get my voice heard, and yet, nothing helped. They are still terrible.
