Review Time
After I wrote on LinkedIn, I used my LinkedIn Premium account to reach out to Pudaier employees. A manager in Romania responded, and she seemed genuinely sorry about the situation. However, she told me I needed to contact customer service, and from there, the same rude, ignorant, and unhelpful service continued....I provided clear proof that DHL stated Pudaier had written the wrong address, but the company completely ignored it. I sent a screenshot of DHL's messages more than five times. They ignored it.They insisted that I had to pay an extra $7 to have my package sent again. No refund, no free replacement package—just a link to pay the $7.In the end, I had to pay $14 instead of $7. Despite their mistake, they acted as though I was the problem. They made no effort to compensate me, and it felt like I was the one at fault.It’s ridiculous how much hassle I went through for just a couple of eyeliners I know. I was curious to see how far I would have to go to get my voice heard, and yet, nothing helped. They are still terrible.
They have been ignoring my emails about my lost package for the past four months. They put the wrong address on my package, and DHL discovered the issue. Despite this, they have completely ignored my request for a refund or to resend the package. I even paid extra to ensure my package would be sent safely. I spent £50 and have received no customer service or compensation. I don’t know what to think at this point. Hopefully, they will respond eventually. I still believe they can fix their terrible customer service because they do have a good product.
Delivery took long, Freckle Box did not come in the right color (light brown turned out cognac reddish). Customer service refuses to send the right color, but also sending back is no option - return label is not provided and product needs to be shipped to China? Its been days of Pudaier emailing one sentence emails back and forth. Not worth the money!
I have had nothing but great success w Pudaier makeup. That said, I'd recommend using a third party site like Temu/Ali Express/Wish to order from, don't order from Pudaier.com. The third party sites sell the legit products available in China that are differing quality/availability than when ordering directly from the US based Pudaier.com. The makeup I ordered from Pudaier.com I wasn't satisfied with. Idk why the products differ but they really do. Temu has the best selection of Pudaier products w very quick shipping times and I recommend ordering there than from the official US site. I've been using Pudaier makeup almost exclusively for a few years now. Pudaier makes the highest quality foundation - best I've ever used in my life and it's like $6. Some women pay up to $100 for foundation (which blows my mind)!!! Pudaier is a top-notch makeup brand that gets little recognition.
If I could rate zero star, I'd do that. I ordered a pack of six lipsticks eyeshadow palette, lipliners and colored eyeliner. It looked so good online. My fault is I didn't check reviews. I thought it was getting shipped from USA but it was coming from China. Absolutely worst quality ever. I bought those as gifts but I just tried the lipstick and it's texture is so bad. It doesn't feel nice it's greasy and sandlike. The color is nothing like the pictures. In fact it the colors were more neon. The ones that looks brown are actually bright orange when you open the lipstick. Worst ever! I spent $70 nothing worth it at all. Actually that's what I get for ordering cheap just believing the pictures
I sent them emails, contacted via Instagram DM, and even commented on their post about my order and never heard back. One of my colored eyeliners arrived open. I wanted it replaced, but they completely ignored me. Considering reporting them to the FTC and/or BBB if they don't rectify it. Even if they do, it's ridiculous how much I had to reach out to get any response.
Worst costumer support EVER and I never got my order.I ordered the coloured eyeliners in July and I still haven't gotten them. When I contact them they just send me a tracking number and tell me to contact the post office. When I look up the tracking number it says it's successfully delivered in Spain. I don't even live in Spain. I live in Norway so I have no idea how that happened. Now they have stopped replying back to me and I think it's super frustrating. Not buying from them ever again.
I ordered a set of liquid eyeliners in a variety of colors. Granted, with coupons and such they were fairly cheap. They shipped from 广州悦盈生物科技有限公司 (Guangzhou Yueying Biological Technology Co., Ltd.) and arrived with one of the eyeliners broken and spilling. I wasn't surprised it broke in transit because the cosmetic tubes were such a flimsy plastic. All in all, they looked like they came from a dollar store. The tubes had a lot of air in them, as well. They applied well and I enjoyed the applicators. All but a few of the colors really just looked black. I e-mailed customer support in hopes of a refund or replacement for the broken item. I never got a reply. I tried contacting them, then, through IG and FB and did not get responses there, either. I was ripped off just a bit. I hope I get a bit of use out of the few that do look different from each other.
