I ordered a vaporizer this year, but it arrived defective. I have reached out multiple times for a return receipt without any response. I sent the vaporizer back immediately to their office, but I haven't received any acknowledgment. They don't have a functional phone number, just an online contact that generates automated replies. It's been two months with no communication, so I’m reporting them to various authorities as I see no other options.
