I received a defective product that melted the mouthpiece due to overheating. After sending proof, customer service refused to assist and said I could return it at my own cost for a partial refund. They seem unreasonable and are willing to sell faulty products. I've been left with a $150 dud for over a year. I would advise against doing business with them.
