I ordered a vaporizer this year, but it arrived defective. After several attempts to obtain a return receipt, I received no response. I returned the vaporizer immediately to their office but still have not heard back. They lack a working phone number and only offer an online contact that sends automated responses. It has been two months without communication, and I am now reporting them to various regulatory bodies as I have exhausted all other avenues.
