Ordered a 140€ vape more than one month and a half ago, still not shipped and didn't respond to my first email so definitely not a good start.After sending them another email to cancel my order, they replied the next day and told me the vape I ordered had availability issues due to the manufacturer (confirmed by other stores). They proposed to either fully refund me or to pick a free upgrade from my initial choice. I chose the later and ended up with a premium vape for a fraction of the price. It arrived very quickly and works as intended. Kudos to them for converting a mediocre client experience to a satisfactory one!
