I recently visited a branch and would give it zero stars if possible. The service was the worst I've experienced there. When I asked for help, the staff continued their previous tasks instead of assisting me. Their attitude suggested a lack of interest in their work, which is unprofessional. This seems to be a recurring issue based on many reviews. Customer service is crucial, and it’s important to train staff to prioritize customer care rather than relying solely on brand reputation. I am truly disappointed.
