Very disappointing visit

I recently visited a branch and would give it zero stars if possible. The service was the worst I've experienced there. Terrible service at the store

I visited a location and found the service to be incredibly disappointing. The staff member I approached for help ignored me to finish her own tasks. Caution advised!

After reading numerous reviews, I am quite anxious about handling a return. I ordered two hoodies in different sizes, but one was clearly used and improperly packaged. I reached out via email and WhatsApp for assistance, but received incorrect return information and am now left waiting for an unknown courier to contact me. I never got an apology and have been misinformed throughout this process. I hope for a resolution soon.

Disappointing customer experience
