I would like to thank Lloyd manager at the Trafford centre store PULL&BEAR for his lovely customer service , he was very patience with sorting my daughter in law refund out , as she never had a receipt for her coat being faulty he track the product by ringing customer service and got it sorted .. such a lovely manager & its staff like him tht makes us want to come back.. I also told my friends tht the store hav such lovely staff tht goes out of the way for you ..Thank you so much Lloyd (manager)
