I would like to thank Lloyd manager at the Trafford centre store PULL&BEAR for his lovely customer service , he was very patience with sorting my daughter in law refund out , as she never had a receipt for her coat being faulty he track the product by ringing customer service and got it sorted .. such a lovely manager & its staff like him tht makes us want to come back..
I also told my friends tht the store hav such lovely staff tht goes out of the way for you ..

Don’t buy from this company. Customer service is horrendous! No help, emails get ignored. They’re a joke! Bought an item, raised a home return, they posted a return label didn’t take the parcel. Can’t raise another return as not able to as one in place already. No help whatsoever from online chat/what’s app. I’ve emailed every day for a week and ignored, not one reply! I’ve raised a complaint with the Ombudsman as you just can’t treat people this way it’s vile! Ended up returning to store and now they’ve charged me £4.95 for a home return that didn’t happen and they are ignoring me. Disgusting service, clothes are shite anyway, poor quality!
I currently ordered some sandals (leather boot sandals) I was told they were arrive in 14 days. Then I was told there was a delay. After contacting a few days later I was asked for my product number, then didn’t hear anything else apart from that they have cancelled my order with no option of claiming the money back from them, They were happy to take the money and then told me to claim it back from my bank.Probably the worst company, even though they are co partners with Zara Absolutely shocking wouldn’t recommend ordering from themAnd after seeing all the reviews, it shows why
SHOCKINGLY POOR QUALITY & ZERO SERVICE The products I bought were such horrible poor quality they needed to go in the bin after 2 hours of wearing . customer service ‘ (no phone number) were totally unhelpful and expected me to drive 50 miles to the nearest store . Shockingly poor quality and shockingly bad customer support -the worst products and customer service I have ever experienced
Shocking company. I bought a sweater on holiday in Spain and when I got it out to wear at the airport a thread had unravelled and there was a huge hole in it.Spanish customer service say I can only return the item in Spain. They will not even provide me with a way to return it unless I take it back to a Spanish shop. This goes against EU law for faulty items, but their CS could not give a toss and basically told me to get lost.Absolutely appalling business practice.
Awful - Scam!!!!!Awful AI customer service!My parcel has gone missing and the last update was over a week ago and nothing since order was £187 no refund for a parcel I have not received and all i get when i try and contact them is AI telling me they are either closed or busy!Hopefully this review will prompt them to answer their customers issues!!!!
