I have spent weeks trying to resolve a simple payment issue with Pull & Bear, and it has been impossible. I’ve contacted them multiple times through every channel available—email, WhatsApp, chat bot, and even in-store—and I have yet to hear back from a single person.Emails go completely unanswered, not even an automated acknowledgment. The chatbot is useless and offers no solutions. Even more shocking, I was told that refunds cannot be processed in-store! How is a customer supposed to get help when every avenue leads to a dead end?This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. A company of this size should not make it so difficult—if not impossible—for customers to resolve basic issues. Truly unacceptable.
