Horrendous customer service! I returned part of my order weeks ago and can see from the tracking that it was received by Pull and Bear on December 11th - over three weeks ago! Despite following up with their customer service team, I’ve had no resolution. The process is frustrating, as you’re essentially talking to a robot with no real support. I’m unlikely to shop online with Pull and Bear again, given how inconvenient their returns process is and the lack of customer care.
