Appalling after sales customer service. Item purchased has failed to be delivered. Notified pull and bear who asked me to wait while they investigated. As per the tracking information they told me to contact them again if it wasn’t delivered the following day. It wasn’t. Now they want even longer to contact Royal Mail, the courier. They have stated they will not be a refund until they have investigated the situation with the carrier. There is no one you can speak to directly over the phone. It’s all done by WhatsApp and when they are through with the conversation they end the chat and threaten that by continuing the chat Will delay the whole process. Avoid at all costs. This was the first time and the last time I will be using this company.
