Online order arrived with security tags on it. Eventually got past the phone ‘robot’ to speak to a manager in Cabot’s Circus, Bristol who was extremely rude. They wanted me to pay to return the item and then reorder and pay postage again. In the end a friend took it back to store for me as she was visiting Bristol, 100 mile round trip. The manager was again rude, didn’t apologise and then had the cheek to try and sell her a new carrier bag. Will never ever buy from them again! Shocking customer service. I hope the company owners read this review and sort their staffing issues!
