Terrible service Avoid online shopping as you’ve got no chance of returning items unless you go to an actual store which for me is over an hours drive away No customer service just a robot online Iv generated a return which they’ve acknowledged and said they’re sending me a returns label but absolutely nothing - tried downloading on my account but nothing No replies on any social media platform Iv sent to them Reported to trading standards
