Ordered weeks ago. Contacted them on whereabouts as estimated delivery said over a week ago. They wouldn’t speak to me because I ordered for my 14 year old son and said they would only speak to him (we have the same surname and it’s my email address) I got my son to speak to them but they refused to do over the same chat. Re-chatted them as my son - refused again!! How can i speak to them ?! Massive lack of common sense . Very poor service . Managed to speak on WhatsApp but all they can say is it’s been escalated and won’t refund me.still no delivery after nearly 4 weeks.
