I would actually give this company no stars but that isn't an option! Absolutely awful and customer services can't get any information. No communication worst on line shopping experience I have ever encountered! Ordered online 12th Oct was advised delivery between 14th and 17th this then changed to 19th and I have received no tracking information or information since and it's now 21st Oct with no correspondence at all from this conpany. I tried to contact customer services by telephone and they don't take calls. I messaged them on 19th and still no one has responded.
