Do not order on line from this company you cannot return your items. You have to email to get a returns form and they don't respond. I emailed over a month ago and haven't had a reply.I rang The Trafford Centre and they said they don't accept on line purchases. It's absolutely awful customer service. I had to write a review to advise other people to prevent it happening to them.
