I’ve seen a co ord online and came in to try it on. I’ve seen it on display and I kindly asked a young girl to help me. She didn’t seem bothered to help and concluded it is not in store at all. I asked someone working in the changing room and she advised I asked the girl on the shop floor again as she was managing the changing room. I work in retail so was happy to approach her again. I asked the girl again and she walked off and ignored me after a girl at the till asked her to help at the till. This girl didn’t even say “sorry to interrupt” she said she needed the girl I was asking for help to come to the till “now”. That’s when she walked off and I stood in the middle of the shop stunned by this behaviour. She was rude and walked around the store smirking at me! I have informed the manager and she said she was new and will talk to her to give feedback on her mannerism but I highly doubt it. The manager was eager to walk off while I was trying to talk to her! The staff need to be trained on customer service clearly!
