Bought pair of dungarees at new store in Edinburgh whilst visiting the city. There were no changing room facilities due to COVID restrictions.Returned back home to Newcastle that evening and turns out the dungarees are too small.I'm trying to return products however policy states I can only return in store...Also can't contact customer service other than email and only seem to get impersonal (1-2 line) emails insisting goods to be returned to store (rather than trying to helpfully solve my problem).I mean really?.....this is the digital age...Pull and Bear have built their business through digital platforms like ASOS and yet they cannot transact digitally, at a time when even traditional stores like M&S and John Lewis have gotten their act together in relation to digital returns. I'm not going to spend 4 hours on the round trip to Edinburgh to return a £40 pair of trousers...the cynic in me things that perhaps they know that.
