You will be unable to return. No customer service department, only a robot service that responds with pre canned answers 'look at our website'I ordered 2 items, went through their online return process, was sent 2 return QR codes- both did not work (and yes, I did adjust my phone screen to be bright and no, my phone does not scatter). Unable to contact any customer service- the 2 options are chat or whatsapp. Tried chat at 15:40 london time- said it was unavailable and is only available until 17:00 (it was 15:40).The tried Whatsapp- got message: "we are referring you to an agent. Thanks for your patience". 2 hours later I am still waiting! This pattern is indicative of a process designed not to provide refunds. Given the experience and other bad reviews, I am guessing this company will be bankrupt soon or is already in serious financial trouble.
