my package was ordered on 01.02, and now on 01.13 and 01.11 I receive emails from Royal Mail that they did not deliver my order and it will be returned to the company. But I can contact them and if they agree they can make another delivery attempt, I tried for a long time to contact the consultant in chat, I managed to do it for the sixth time. When I finally did it, I asked the consultant if it is possible to forward the package to me because I don't understand what the problem is and why it was sent back to the store, to which I received the answer that your order is going back to us, we can't do anything wait for a refund and the consultant immediately left the chat without waiting for my answer🙄 Let's start with the fact that I did not make an order in order to return it and in order to get a refund, I needed these things. I am currently awaiting a refund and do not recommend this store
