There should really be an option for zero stars or perhaps trustpilot could lengthen the scale to include a negative 5 place angry faces…A few weeks ago I ordered for delivery to store in Liverpool One. Email arrived to collect. Son went to collect. No order to collect. He was told to wait for an email to recollect. This happened. Off he went again to find no order. Told they couldn’t do anything & he needed to contact customer services.Today I received the 3rd email to go collect the order from Liverpool One. Obviously no point my son going down there as this order is not going to be there. I’ve spent a few days trying to contact customer services but it’s really hard to find a way to do this. & I need a human not a bot. Anyway today I googled & started a wassap conflab with a bot of course. Gave my info multiple times over & finally got a human. She did confirm there was nothing to collect from store despite my emails. I requested the order to be delivered to my home address now as it’s the Easter break & son is back from uni today, very disappointed after not being able to pick up his birthday clothes & having been sent on 2 wild goose chases. This could not happen. Why I assumed it would be able to is beyond me as they have already demonstrated no interest in serving the customer, only taking the money. So the human set up the refund for which I have received email confirmation. I was typing a message to her when she dumped me closing the contact. How irritating. Had to continue with a fresh contact, regiving all the details, first through the bot, then another human… so I expressed very politely my total dissatisfaction with the whole thing & wondered if it was worth ordering afresh to get delivered home now & stated it would be nice if my account was credited with a voucher to reassure me that it was worth placing the order. Well… no that is not something we usually do in these circumstances said the human. Well… us customers do not usually expect such dreadful service from a company said I & requested a manager. Of course I cannot be put through to one & the human stated I would get an email from a manager in due course. Hmmm… well that, like the clothes order, remains to be seen. Seems this company get away with wearing some sort of invisibility cloak & are happy taking money but providing poor service. Or none. Which prompted me to look up trustpilot reviews to see if others have the same issues. Also sometimes when you get nowhere with customer services from a company who are not terribly reputable such as this, a trust pilot review can prompt a quick response from the company at fault as if they have someone employed to follow up trustpilot poor reviews. Looking on here though I am not hopeful of that. They haven’t seemed to respond to anything anyone has put. Which to me says it all. Why is this company able to operate this way. It’s basically scamming a lot of people. I couldn’t recommend them at all. I didn’t know they also owned Zara. Shame on them. This one should be a negative 4 angry faced review not a 1 star: 😡😡😡😡
