Needed 2x the tattoo removal sessions than they proposed

UPDATE: Pulse Light Clinic reached out to me after this review was posted and offered me 3 free sessions. I spoke to customer service on the phone the day before and explained the whole situation and they were not very helpful - it was only after I posted a review that they offered this. They also asked me to take down the review but I told them I would only update it, as I thought that was fair. Updating to 3 stars as I appreciate their gesture of goodwill.____________________________I've been going to Pulse Light Clinic for 3 years to remove 4 tattoos, and wanted to wait to post a fair review as I thought it could turn around given the other reviews.For the initial consultation of the tattoos, the practitioners vastly underestimated the sessions I would need. They gave me great offers upfront, and told me if I needed more sessions, they'd extend at the same rate. In reality, once I finished the initial packages, they kept pushing me to purchase one-off or small packages at a much higher price and refused to offer the same rate I was getting. They kept saying I'd just need a few more each time, but then I ended up needing more after that so I'd have to buy more again. I feel completely cheated by the way the past 3 years have progressed.To give more detail: They told me Tattoo A and B would need 4 sessions, and Tattoo C and D would need 8. In the end, Tattoo A had 7 and has only a faint mark. Tattoo B had 10 and is light but still very visible. Tattoo C and D will need a total of 12-15 sessions they say (they are still fairly dark although faded).To get additional sessions, they have given me prices more than double what it would have been if I had initially bought the right number of sessions (based on their current website price).In addition, I was told to reach out to customer service to ask to get new sessions at the same rate of my package. The customer service rep was not responsive to the helpline, I tried multiple times throughout the day, and I also was hung up on when I asked when they would be able to get back to me. I'm honestly so disappointed by this, after 3 years of using this clinic.
